Prefabricated sheds built before 2009 do not have dynamic resistance characteristics. In other words, since before that time the Technical Standards for Construction did not prescribe particular anti-seismic measures in this regard, the connections between the prefabricated elements of the building were in simple support and the function of retaining against the lateral thrusts was performed by the simple friction between the various components.

Our interventions of Industrial Seismal Redevelopment allow to reach the safety levels foreseen by the current Technical Standards regarding the seismic response of the shed thus guaranteeing the safety towards the Life Risk of the operators present and the Risk of Real Estate, production lines, stored materials, etc. The normative references to which the seismic risk assessment refers are the Technical Regulations for Construction year 2018 and explanatory circular year 2019 and subsequent amendments, Legislative Decree 81/2008 and subsequent amendments, safety in the workplace.
